Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes. Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through to adulthood.

Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative moods, while improving self-esteem and cognitive function.

Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal.

At least 10 minutes of exercise can help you on the path to better mental health. Whether you’re dancing around the house or going for a walk, every little movement helps!
